Andy Warhol - Other Voices, Other Rooms

The Stedelijk Museum is currently presenting Pop Art master Andy Warhol.
The exhibition satisfies all your usual and obvious Warhol must-see needs: Silkscreens of Campbell’s Soup Cans, Marilyn Monroe, Mick Jagger, and of course, our very own Queen Beatrix.
But then it goes far beyond your expectations with a staggering presentation that is a rich mix mediums including early drawings, collages, photography, audio fragments and video recording. There is some extraordinary rare and archival material to be enjoyed.
Almost a sensory overload, allow at least two hours to get around it all and go early – my friend and I hit a big line at the entrance – it’s a very popular show!
For more information about the show, visit the Stedelijk’s website. Make sure you pop upstairs and have a coffee after an take in the fabulous views from Restaurant Club 11 on the eleventh floor of the Post CS building.
