Mini & Maximus

Kidswear label Mini & Maximus, or MiMa, offer a nice alternative for dressing your offspring.
Great clothes, with illustrations from both illustrators and kids themselves, like this flying cat drawing below. Quite awesome.
I quite loved this bat tee. And it was on sale. And it's now making it's way to me to tuck away in the attic. Shhh. Don't tell Mr E. But, come on, it's pretty darn rad, right?!
I really love the photography for the lookbook also. Real, raw, just beautiful.
Here is my bat tee again.
An awesome skeleton tee, and below, some more great photographs.

Fabric Family

Today I have a nice little Etsy find. This great extended family by Timo would be great for any kid. I'm sure the Dutch would go for the orange family! Especially with Queen's Day just around the corner. The family set goes for USD $280.

Soy Crayons

Loved crayons as a kids, but these are next level! Not only do Earth Grown Crayons come in great themes like Farmer's Market, Earth Day, Endangered Animals, but they're eco-friendly as well.
Earth Grown Crayons are "handmade from soy wax. Biodegradable and eco-friendly these crayons are paraffin-free and all natural, no commercially manufactured crayons are used. And they're tinted only with nontoxic mineral pigments, making them safe for young artists. Each set is shaped in a design that celebrates one of earth’s treasures." They range from USD $7 - $10. Awesome value.

Hop Skip Jump

The other say I was surfing the web and somehow landed on this lovely blog by fellow Aussie lass, Fiona, of Adelaide.
Fiona makes lovely soft toys, and you can either buy her book or just download the patterns you want. Neat! Check it out!
I really want to make a bunny. Super cute!

Mathias Sterner

These rich yet subtle photographs by Swedish photographer Mathias Sterner are just incredible. Shot for new clothing label Nor Autonom, I love the depth and contrast between very dark imagery and the fine wire work adornment.
