Divisadero

Continuing on from the Castro district, we head to Divisadero street, en route to Alamo Square. Divisadero turned out to be quite a nice street with a few very nice stores. Loved the house, or 'painted lady' as they're called here above, and the ire alarm below.
The Other Shop was one of the first shops we hit coming from the Castro end. Mid-century vintage consignment shop, nicely laid out. The have a lot of records, too. A lot of other vintage places I found in San Francisco were just packed to the rafters and when I'm unable to move in a store I just can't be bothered looking. This one was nice and spacious, and I picked up some tinsel and foil Christmas decorations on sale. Cannot wait for next Christmas - my tree's going to rock!
A few blocks down and on the other side of the street is Rare Device. A little gem it has a nice mix of stock and I managed to find a killer necklace here by Gamma Folk.
The Other Shop: 327 Divisadero Street, San Fransisco.
Rare Device: 600 Divisadero Street, San Fransisco.
