Pitti Palace

Off to Palazzo Pitti next. Grand as you can imagine, with the extensive Boboli Gardens out the back. Highlights were just walking around on a nice hilly space, even though there's not much this time of the year out. Inside we visited the Costume Gallery, which wasn't huge but worth climbing flight after flight after flight of stairs.
My other favourite gallery is the Museo delle Porcellane. Aside from the lovely hillside views out across the Tuscan countryside, the ceramics on display are fab. Lots of tea cups!
I think the swan tea cup is my faveourite.
