Quick Fit

What was I thinking? When I first found out I was pregnant I vowed to myself to be the fittest pregnant woman ever*. I was going to join the gym and run and walk and do sensible things to stay on track. Bahahahaha. RIGHT. Pregnancy hit me at 6 weeks; nausea and then extreme exhaustion and that was the end of that. Now I have had my beautiful baby boy and I'm looking to get in shape and drop those baby-weight pounds. Only now the reality of having a baby means there's no way to plan in a trip to the gym while I'm still nursing on demand to Oscar's schedule**. Then, drum roll please, enter my dream come true: the 7 minute workout by Tiny Hearts you can do at home. YES. Now that seems like something I should be able to pull off. Scientifically proven, people! Double YES. Touted to do as much for you as a daily trek to the gym, I'm giving it a shot. Today was day 1, and it was hard. Well, the push-ups and plank were hard, and my heart was pounding at the end. But that's good! Gotta feel the burn, right?! So I'm testing it out. I'll let you know how I get on. Check it out for yourself –

The Quick Fit App is available now for a special intro price. Or, you can also use the free website version.
*Ok, not 'ever', given I've barely lifted a finger in the name of exercise in years, but fit.
** First rule of baby's schedule; is there is NO schedule.
